I had 3-4 quotes from various roofers, including one large company. I ended up choosing Golden Winter Roofing based on pricing and professionalism. Santiago, the owner, is top notch and an excellent communicator. He was on the job site making sure things were going as planned. They were quick, clean and great to work with. I am very happy with their work.
Santiago quoted us a good price and stuck with it. Dilan and his team did a great job removing the multiple layers of old shingle, and reroofing our roof. They also did as good of a job cleaning up all the debris and nails for the most part. I don’t think any reroofing clean up job is ever perfect but it was much better than the last roofer I worked with. Dilan even spent some extra time explaining how to do something that my husband chose to do ourselves. We are happy with the metal roof they put on for us.
We have used Santiago and his team several times. Fair, honest and professional. They do good work!
