Update: One of our windows has now had a structural failure where the center frame completely detached when we opened the window. Not only do we use Golden Windows for our projects, we used them for our home as well. I have had a few instances where I needed service on our home's products, and I have never been disappointed with their customer service. They schedule you in and show up on time, every time. On the business side, we have gotten to know our delivery guys and they are the best. Rick H is a great Sales Rep as well. I would like to recognize Bob & Hayden for doing a phenomenal job. They were courteous, polite and professional. They exceeded my expectations. They tidied up very well before they left. I have seen this kind of service in a long time. They also went above and beyond. Noticed that the front door was letting air in. They spent some time adjusting it and now it’s perfect. I highly recommend using this company for services and purchasing new windows. They delivered world class service!!! Keep up the great work gentlemen!!
We had the windows replaced a few years ago. The cold is coming through the windows, more than the old ones. Not to mention, no follow up after the work/ payment was done. A couple of friends recommended this company. Never again
