Golden Windows was once great. NO MORE! Dealt with them for 30yrs. I'm a Contractor originally out of Kitchener Waterloo. We had purchased windows for our own house 4 yrs ago. One window cracked on the edge of the frame. Upon calling Golden and sending pictures they simply said we broke it and they can't fix that window as they changed suppliers. We did not break it... Extremely disappointed with this company. They have rescheduled multiple times - oftentimes at the very last minute or without showing up at all. My boyfriend has had to take time off work to be available for the appointments, only for them to cancel day-of or not show up without any notice. Its incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for customers' time. If you value reliability and basic communication, id look elsewhere.
