I have had my contractor contact Golden regarding my exterior doors. No reply from Golden!! Currently I have towels at the bottom of the doors to try and stop the wind that blows in. In the winter I had so much condensation and snow come in because there is no weatherstrip at the bottom that is has damaged my hardwood floors. Really not liking the way they treat their customers. It's disgusting
