One word, IMPRESSED! Great service, fair, clear & upfront pricing, immediate attention! When my 10-year old AC unit decided not to work, I contacted Golden West and they had a tech come out next day. Chris was very knowledgable, on time, but most important, HONEST-a trait hard to come by with contractors. Great Service – Because of friends recommendation we used Golden West to install a new boiler in our house. Caesar was our technician and did a great job explaining the work and started on the demo of the old unit that day and finished the following day. The install was done quickly and clean. All of the guys on the job were polite, respectful and clean. We noticed that one of the zones didn't seem to be working correctly and Tony was sent out b/c it was Caesar's day off.
