Goldenwest Management was one of the highest rated property management business available when we signed on with the company in 2019. Since that first year, the property management was terrible. I no longer had a specific representative (as they change out about every 3 months) for our property, it seems the contract and costs changed frequently and the final straw was when there was a property warranty call. I don't know if they called the wrong number or what. They were told that the account was closed. It was not!! ... read more

My mother moved out of state for a few years and needed to lease her condo and Golden West has been amazing in facilitating the management for her. Everything from getting the condo ready to lease, to vetting tenants and condo maintenance throughout the term of the lease has been top notch. I am a fairly new property owner doing business with GoldenWest Management. Still a bit early to give a proper assessment on their handling of my property but so far I am very happy with the service I have received. The ad I saw placed on Craigslist was excellent. Really loved the 360 degree shots and the clarity of the pictures. Your website is also very neat and easy to browse. I'm a student at ASU and I have been renting through GWM since last term. My property manager Melissa has always called back when promised and has provided clear and concise information.
Monica has been FANTASTIC. I was really nervous about finding a good home in Vail. We had been through a very devastating loss of a home and had a very difficult time finding a new place to live.
