I left two reviews about my experience with this management company. There response is below. Typical response from a shady management company. My dog is not a pitbull, he is a 10k dog, more than what you make in a month. Secondly I have a real company, been around for 9 years. Third, you could verify my bank statements. Your making excuses for your shady business practices. I was told you needed 6x the income cause I had a business. Not 2.5x. So take accountability for your actions, don't blame the applicant. Goldenwest Management was one of the highest rated property management business available when we signed on with the company in 2019.  Since that first year, the property management was terrible.  I no longer had a specific representative (as they change out about every 3 months) for our property, it seems the contract and costs changed frequently and the final straw was when there was a property warranty call.  I don't know if they called the wrong number or what.  They were told that the account was closed.  It was not!!  ... read more

My mother moved out of state for a few years and needed to lease her condo and Golden West has been amazing in facilitating the management for her. Everything from getting the condo ready to lease, to vetting tenants and condo maintenance throughout the term of the lease has been top notch.
