RecommendedI have been going here for several years now & my husband since he was very young. I love how they take the time to listen to you about your needs, very thoroughly. They have worked with us several times when the prescription wasn't exactly right. Amazing people!!!
Always polite and professional. My 80 lb. Doug sat on my glasses last week and they were honest that they might not be able to fix them, but tried anyways, and we're successful!
Been going here for years, call to make next appointment for my kids, put on hold, they come back and tell me we had a note on our account and that Dr. Baron is going specialized and can no longer serve us. That was it, no apology, no thank you for the years of loyalty. Looks like this is a way to get rid of customers, as I read more reviews that have been told the same thing. We take your feedback seriously. We appreciate your confidence in us over the years. The direction of our office does not match your specific needs. We have reviewed our size, staffing, scheduling, and our special interests in Eye Care. We have had to limit our practice. We recently revamped our fees for contacts and glasses. We routinely shop online retailers and other Opticals to price competitively and have introduce packages.
We were very happy with our care here until we were "terminated" as patients with no explanation. I found out later others have been let go if they don't purchase their glasses directly from the clinic, like we did. I have two small kids in glasses and they get broken/scratched/lost at least once a year, and because the clinic does not offer insurance we had to go elsewhere for our glasses. We take your feedback seriously. We appreciate your confidence in us and apologize our office can not meet your specific needs. We do offer a 1 year warranty for broken or scratched glasses. In the event of loss, we try our best to minimize your cost with discounts of 20-30%. Our office also accept most vision insurances that help with the costs of glasses. We have limited our existing practice to special interests and accept new patients in our practice.

Love buying Local! Just replaced my Maui Jims that I lost, called they had them in stock and pleasantly surprised with a 20% discount. Same price as Amazon but you don't have the wait.
We have had a great experience! My son spent a year in vision therapy and has since made huge academic gains! Nikki partnered with our family, teachers, and other providers to help him get on track! The staff is kind and patient and customer service is beyond our expectations!
Had great customer service in the past& have been a patient for years - until my son a United States Veteran was treated extreme rude by the office staff.... the Dr's are great Not the office rep...
