I've tried therapy before and it didn't stick. My experience at Golden Vibes with my therapist has given me faith in therapy again. I never want to cancel or reschedule my sessions like I had in the past, and I genuinely feel safe with, and connected to, my therapist. I'm learning so much about myself through my time here, but also learning how to feel okay every day, which can often feel overwhelming and far away. Thanks for giving people their lives back.

Madison has been a great help for me navigating major life transitions and grad school. She had taught me practical skills, CBT, and DBT to accept and manage all that comes my way. Highly recommend!

Huge shout out to Golden Vibes Therapist Al Raheim! Ive had a lovley welcoming experince seeking therapy here. My provider makes sessions very personalized so im getting the care I need rather than rehashing the same routine. Getting started was simple and communication has always been quick and clear. Im greatful to everyone that makes the Golden Vibes experience possible!
