I adore my therapist Jennifer. Very helpful and insightful. The interface they use is easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a therapist.
I don’t believe the therapist i saw currently works here anymore, so i will solely talk about the environment of the place. It is laid back and chill, it gives like “personal spiritual journey” vibes. i would not recommend if you are looking for a more neutral and professional environment.
Best group of therapists in Madison!
Cheryl, the therapist I worked with was unhelpful and rude. I did a “group” therapy with her and my biological sister but unfortunately felt she was biased. When we talked individually, I felt heard but once we were together, I could not finish my initial sentence. Ultimately, she made me feel lesser than. Maybe because she felt bad for our traumatic past. After 4 months, we all agreed to stop therapy. The final hour was not used up before she ended the session.
