I had the best experience ever with the New Dr.at this facility. Young sharp and honest , str8 forward. Very respectful, down to earth. Smart and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the old female Dr. Was rude , disrespectful and arrogant. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a smart and highly qualified educated Dr., I can’t stress enough the fact that you will be talking to a real human. I had a very disappointing experience at Golden Valley Urgent Care. The staff was not attentive, communication was poor, and the level of care did not meet expectations. I felt rushed and not listened to, which is unacceptable in a medical setting. I would not recommend this clinic to others and hope management addresses these serious issues.
