Please be aware that this is a corporately owned medical group. When you call, you reach an out-of-country call center, not their actual front desk. This has caused so many delays in my care, it’s terrible. The on-site staff even complain about it. Great doctor
Every time I go, I have to wait at least an hour after my appointment time to be called in. They tell me to arrive 30 minutes early, only to make me wait an hour and a half to be called in. After you're finally called in, you have to wait another 30 minutes for the doctor to actually come into the room. It's pathetic if you're so busy why make so many appointments? I'm always rushed because the doctor is late, and it ends up being a worthless appointment.
I've been going to gvhc , since my pregnancy.. my son now is 34 yrs old plus like 5 yrs more to gvhc dang that's almost 40 yrs going to this clinic and let me tell you I have never seen no other drs well I have but from same clinic I'm talking about I'm forever thier number one fan shout out to dr ramaa,,dr abordo,,dr simenson,,dr wong,,dr sharma,,dr Lee and to all my nurses and even custodians lol..I love everybody
