So slow. Then they call to blame you. Every time. The worst.
Horrible phone service. Sadly follow up by providers is not the best. Hard to get appts in a timely manner. List keeps going.....
If you're not Hispanic be ready to be waiting a long time
They don't answer the phone. I’ve been trying to call to make an appointment on multiple different days and haven’t been able to get through to anyone.
