Schedulers are totally incompetent. I needed to leave a message with my specialist and this guy made me a appointment, only for the doctor to say, leave a message with my specialist. That what I wanted to do a week prior and they made me an appointment! Wasted my time going to the appointment. I called again trying see who I contact about accessing MyChart, the scheduler Jose Laguna answered the call and told me that the scheduling department only did scheduling. 5 minutes late to my appointment and I'm told to reschedule this appointment now I haven't seen my doctor for months now. I'm going find me a different doctor STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
