I had an absolutely wonderful experience, renting a storage unit at Golden triangle self storage last week. My interactions with Douglas, the director of operations, Greg, the manager and Jose the storage consultant were top-notch. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The storage unit was spotless and access was easy. They do a great job with lighting up the unit that helps tremendously when you’re stacking furniture. The employee onsite is very helpful and they keep the facility very clean
10/10 recommend this place, but I think the five star rating with over 800 reviews already confirms that. I had a wonderful experience with GTSS. Greg and Jose were both very helpful and wonderful, not to add extremely honest and never did I feel like they were trying to upsell me. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough.
Just rented a storage unit here and so far it’s been a great experience. Greg and Jose have been very knowledgeable, communicative, and flexible for us with sizes of units and timing. Highly recommend it here if you ever need to put some extra stuff away in storage!
