Poorest Customer Service – I am not even sure this is a legitimate business, but certainly as an alleged provider of travel services, Golden Tours is unsatisfactory. I was told by a timeshare company in Mexico that I had to use this travel agency. Unfortunate. When they told me that they had obtained my reservations, the cost was higher than if I had just booked them myself. The worst part was that I had to fax them a copy of my driver license, credit card, and then complete a handwritten form and fax that to them. They are ... read more
