If there was an option to give 0 I would put 0. My mom has been coming here for a few years and just terrible customer service rude over the phone and and in person, doesn't listen to the customer does whatever they want absolutely fed up with this place.
I've been to this place for the last decade. And I see recently their customer services getting deteriorated. Today, I was simply shocked to see one of the staff members was extremely rude and treated me badly. I told her to the job as per my choice on eyebrows, but she refused and gave me an attitude while shouting at me with her loud voice.
