Simply put .you gett what you pay for.
So far so good. Quite place and nice neighbors. Super close to Markets, shopping centers, and restaurants. Manager is cool. Maintenance for repairs can take a little more time than preferred to get fixed, but it gets fixed. The maintenance guy is really nice too. Price for the area is good. Only drawback is street parking for guest can be a challenge at times.
