This is truly a unique place that is very different from a typical LTC facility. There is no institutional feel and instead, it is a home with a warm and welcoming vibe. The owner of the facility is an RN with vast experience. Her care taker and clinical knowledge is matched by her compassion and empathy toward the residents and their families. It is never easy to make a decision to move a loved one from their home. We feel so fortunate to have found Golden Swan.

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a safe and caring place for their loved ones. The staff is friendly and the place is kept very clean. It is a smaller place with personalized care.

Finding high quality care for the aging can be challenging. This facility is stellar all-around with respect to their dedication, kindness and care for our loved one. The staff and leadership are routinely responsive and compassionate. Highly recommend.

Just a word of caution to the families. In light of the fact that the community has bounced checks to their vendors due to insufficient funds it may give pause to ask to review their financial stability. BUYER BE WARE
