I visited the Golden Sunset Apartments today with my bestie and wow, what a great location and view! The building overlooks a park and restaurants like Pagliacci's and Taco time are within walking distance. This complex is a hidden gem both affordable and perfectly located in the heart of Ballard!
Is this where anyone wants their parent or grandparent to live? After almost 2 years, the pros are a well maintained grounds, pleasing exterior and diligent maintenance. The cons are management protection of in-unit smokers in a building it decreed as NO SMOKING,no security for a building of poor seniors, and a common area stairways and hallways that are disgraceful.
