Ordered a customized pendant, I was told it will take 4-6 weeks after 8 weeks go by I got called to pick up my pendant, as I'm looking at it it's not the one I ordered, the employee took it upon her self to down size my pendant without my approval, had to wait another 4 weeks to finally get the right pendant I paid for I was SO disappointed maybe Hutch would've been faster at service🤔
RecommendedHad a rose gold necklace with black diamonds in a special hamsa back in 2018. And I still get complements on the piece today. Looking forward to getting more customized jewelry.
