Love this place great customer service especially when it comes to resources, everybody is kind and very professional
I have an amazing experience whenever I visit Golden State Pediatrics and Family Clinic. Everytime I have an appointment the front desk staff is welcoming, professional, and caring. Sophia at the front desk is always extremely enthusiastic, greets me with a smile, and goes above and beyond. Anytime I call the office to schedule my appointment Sophia is helpful with answering questions, patient, efficient, and great at scheduling.
Receptionist always put you on hold every time I try calling theres 4 people ahead of me. Atleast change the number of people waiting. I was waiting at the office when people call and they are never on the phone, I dont know what are they doing but not taking calls.

The staff was so friendly & prompt . The doctor listened to not only my concerns but my child’s concerns as well . I was very pleased with the service they provided.
