my primary doctor ordered labs February 2025. I got a bill from quest April 2025 for $3000. I called quest they said the doctor did not input the correct code so my insurance isn't covering it. This could be a simple fix of the doctor submitting the correct code. I called the doctors office they said no problem they would fix it.
