I have never felt so belittled by a medical office. I actually hung up in tears after my call. I’ve been dealing with a slipped disc for weeks and was referred to physical therapy. This office is close to home, takes my insurance, and had decent reviews, so I thought it would be perfect. I booked an appointment online but called to see if I could be seen sooner. Dr. Stuffman and his PA were awful. I still haven't received contact from Jade Calhoun, their director, regarding my complaint, though I was told I would. Dr. Stuffman refused to see me at my appointment due to my mild complaint about my the treatment I received leading up to him coming in the room to examine me. I went to all ends of the Earth to get this appointment and was on time, and did all the pre-registration. We've had decent experiences here, but after two experiences with Dr. Talico, we have to post a review. Dr. Talico goes on the attack of his patients almost as soon as he walks in the door, doesn't listen to what patients have to say, is more interested in doing MRIs and xrays than talking to his patients and is obviously annoyed with every additional minute he has to spend with you. I love this place I love the staff I love the patients that come in there I love the doctors thanks though two of my doctors I ended up getting a third doctor in the same office and he spectacular these three guys are my go-to guys when I have questions I need answered! And if I need a referral they will refer me to somebody in the office! On top of that I'm always greeted with a smile from the staff to the doctors!
