I leased a car from this business Friday evening and drove it home from the lot that evening. I finally drive this car today for the second time, kind of on Monday, and on the way home from General Hospital in San Francisco the damn car stops on me and wouldn't start. I had to have it towed home by AAA and no one in sales will answer the business phone or return my voicemail message and call me back. I recently purchased a vehicle here and my sales Specialist Edgar was very helpful. He was able to get me a discount on my brand new Kicks.
This shop should be shut down by the government. I traded in my car 4 months ago. They still haven’t paid off the car to Mazda. Every time I call they give me a worst answer and the last one is insane if not illegal. They transferred ownership so now I need to call a different shop in Vacaville to ask them to pay off the Mazda I traded in. My next action here is legal. Do NOT EVER make business with this dealership

Peyton was a fantastic service rep that helped me over a 6+ week warranty repair issue with my Aryia. He provided me car rentals free of charge due to a fault in the initial assembly of the car and helped expidite what could have been a 8+ week repair as fast as he could due to the number of approvals needed from Nissan Corporate. I would recommend him as a service advisor for any future jobs and hope he gets a raise.
