This Park operator is a predator. The rates are going over 1700 a month to park your already paid for house. They constantly shut down park services...trash. water, electricity, and are constantly employing people to work on the five times refurbished clubhouse that no one uses and the pool is turned off all winter but you pay anyway. Their treatment of the seniors who moved in when it was a senior park is dismissive and neglectful. They hired a Management team who seem bent on eliminating seniors by eviction.
