Top notch outfit. Dr. Raphael is excellent and very well thought of in the medical community. He's taken care of my very senior Dad, and has been a great resource. Office staff are well chosen and friendly and very competent to work with.
Dr. Rafael is one of the BEST cardiologists in California. He is compassionate and willing to listen. He performed critical procedures to correct my electrical issues (PVCs and AFIB) and installed my pacemaker (ICD). I must also mention that the surgical staff he works with at Good Samaritan Hospital are top notch. It takes a great team lead by an outstanding heart surgeon to provide life saving cardiovascular care.
