Dr. Hector Rodriguez was respectful and took my concerns seriously. He looked at pictures and understood what I was going through. He explained to me what was happening and understood symptom control is what I needed to be more comfortable. He even saw a picture and validated my pain. A dr that was treating me from an urgent care told me ‘eww’ Hector said ‘oh that’s painful’. Made me feel comfortable and validated. Thank you!
