Wouldn’t recommend renting with them Property management doesn’t care about its tenants. Customer service sucks they don’t return calls or messages at times. Unit I rented was dirty and smelled like dogs and piss. Previous tenants didn’t take care of the place and management didn’t bother to clean up after them. It took 2-3 weeks to get the carpets cleaned by some professionals, odor still lingered for some time. I cleaned the unit before I moved out and I only got half my deposit back. I rarely do reviews, but people need to know that this company is a phenomenal company with amazing people running it! I am having a wonderful experience renting from them. I have been renting from Revolution Property Management (RPM) for the past several months. In all my years of renting, I have never found a company as good as RPM!
