Scott Larson is a slum lord . I have left several reviews on this guy . Never rent from him . He is the worst ever. He says he’ll get things done if something breaks down, it takes weeks or months for him to get to it. And if you read my other reviews about my brother, Jon or Jonathan how many kicked out after he gave him the rent relief, and he lived in that apartment over 6 To 7 yrs my brother ran into some bad luck had to move out quickly he was sick had been on life-support could barely get around trying to work.
