Rude, unprofessional. Never answered calls. Parents closing got delayed several times without us knowing. We had to contact the potential buyer directly to find out what was going on. Agent cursed at my father and hung up. Got upset when he learned that we had secured another agent to help with the purchase of the next home. Our Agent commented how he had never experienced anyoone so rude and unprofessional. He never even attended the closing.
