Please people do NOT ever purchase health insurance from this horrible fraudulent company!!!! I have had the worst experience with this company. They are so misleading. These plans they offer and charge you a whole lot of money for do NOT give you coverage at all!! I was fraudulently taken for 800$ with NO coverage!!!! Juan Vega was my agent and he screwed us over!! This company is being ran by a bunch of corrupt fraudulent scammers!!!! Do NOT allow to be fooled by them as they are professional scammers!!
Really bad service. I didn't get my insurance ID card. I called, emailed, tried to get my ID card numbers. But customer service just put me on the hold forever or transfer me to different departments. It's March 2026. I haven't able to get my insurance ID card yet, but they keep charging me from my account every month. If you looking for insurance, don't recommend golden rule insurance company/ united health
PLEASE do not get this insurance company!!!they are fraudulent and a complete lie!! Juan Vega from Clearwater Florida is there insurance agent who takes your money and will stop answering as soon as u find out there a scam..they say there in a meeting day after day and do not return calls when they know you find out there fraudulent.this insurance gives u zero coverage for $900 a month premium..

Their policies are NOT ACA compliant. Nothing is covered, you're better off using GoodRX as their discount program sucks, and if you're able to swing it, just get an ACA plan as I plan to. They tout 0 deductible, 0 copay, 0 max out of pocket because nothing is covered. What a joke LOL. Customer service is inconsistent as I had one person who beat around the bush about coverages, and she wanted to end the call immediately. STAY AWAY
