Had the pleasure of speaking with Branden H. Messaged looking for help, yes it was late, I was not expecting an answer just sending a message when I had time. He was incredibly rude to me and when I asked for his supervisor he told me to “Call God.” So no, I would not recommend this company.
I was told when signing up for at least 3 riders the claim process was to call and give procedure and date of service. They already had a record and nothing else needed to be done. Paperwork was required. I filled out paperwork 3x for 2 different diagnostic tests that should have been covered under a diagnostic rider. Each time I was told no claims were filed. I canceled the Golden Rule policy after trying to get claims processed for 6 months. Wasted $60 per month.
Absolutely awful. Spent an hour on the phone simply trying to get to someone who could remotely help me with my policy. And never actually got someone because the call eventually went to "after hours". Also couldn't understand literally anyone who actually did take my call just to transfer me to someone else.
You can’t get through to JUST ASK a boy my deductible. Can’t WAIT to drop this next month. Terrible terrible terrible
