Trying to notify UHC about the passing of my father so they can stop sending mail and attempting to collect payments. He paid every premium until his death. Customer service was rude, dismissive, and not helpful. They only care if you are a living, breathing human being who can pay them.

My experience dealing with UnitedHealthcare was an absolute nightmare. The bureaucracy, runaround, and apparent lack of concern for actual human beings made the entire process feel less like dealing with a healthcare company and more like trying to negotiate with a brick wall wearing a suit. Very disappointing that companies like this exist. I have been charged for 6 months of service that i clearly already cancelled. The broker who sold me it is named Scott Rubin out of Florida. Stay away from him.
