I LOVE my plans, but Customer Service has to do better. It's been a long and arduous process of adding my daughter back to my plans. If you have problems, ask for the Customer Resolution team. They will help you. It is also frustrating when they respond to a Google review, but not you as an actual Customer. They are fixing things and I'm grateful for that.
I pay for everything out of pocket, fully send the receipt and never get any of my money back. Not to mention I am trying to sign in right now and it will not let me. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
