I love the way your company operates, externally and internally. I know I can take my car and get an honest estimate and a fair price, the shuttle service is really above and beyond. Plus it seems like you're always doing things for your employees, making sure they have holidays off, fun meetings and meals. Really take the Golden Rule seriously. I know this sounds like a paid advertisement or something, but it's honestly not, just a very satisfied customer who thinks good service should be recognized!

Thought I needed a new Alternator, but these guys found it was just a broken wire, fixed the wire and save me $$$$$, now that is customer service....and it was with a smile when they told me ! Thanks guys !
Golden Rule is the very best! The same people have been helping me there for years now and I think that says a lot of good things about a company. They have the most friendly employees and they actually helped me with a warranty on my car batterie which saved me over $100. Also-the bathroom is SUPER clean and nice and has a changing table.
I broke down 45 miles out of Rowlett, on my way to San Antonio. My brother, who lives on Rowlett, recommended Golden Rule. AAA sent a tow truck and we were off to the shop. The guys at GR were absolutely terrific! They were very kind, concerned, and helpful, and they jumped right on diagnosing and repairing. Because of their quick action, I avoided the expense of a car rental in order to complete my trip! Yay!!!
