Collin, Cliff and the guys at Golden Rule did an amazing job for my daughter and her new car. They inspected it thoroughly explained the car to Kayla including the detailed manufacturer warrantee and what services lay ahead. They gave Kayla a real tutorial in her new car. And all for free - they wouldn't let us pay. All scheduled on my iPhone. What a wonderful experience
First, I was impressed by the ability to schedule my appointment online. Then I was further impressed by the warm welcome when I walked in the door. They seem genuinely glad that you chose them to bring your automobile to for repair, and I observed this as they treated each customer with care and respect. They quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me an estimate for the repair...which was WAY better than the estimate I received from the dealership. Had my Nissan Maxima with check engine light on and due for the annual inspection. Took it over to have it checked out. Well they checked out told me all the bad news. Fix it I said and what a excellent job they did. Thanks again
These guys are fair and honest. I have used them many times and they "Do the right thing", yes they could have ripped me but they did not and that is why I trust them.
great CUSTOMER service. Very informative of the repair process through out the day and explained what was going to be done. Have some other things that need to get fixed in the future and I will definitely be going back to Golden Rule Auto.
