This is a review as a tenant: I had a great time renting with AHR PM, now part of Golden. While my initial PM Danny left a lot to be desired, once I had Julia as a PM everything went really well. She was responsive to my issues and it was easy to get repairs scheduled when they popped up. I have moved out, but I was refunded a large portion of my security deposit, and I really value a company that is respectful of the deposit and does not shadily take more than you really should owe. I rented from Golden Real Estate Services for the first time and had a pleasant experience. The staff is professional, efficient, and my experience was seamless.
This is my second time renting from Golden Real Estate. They are very detailed in their process. Luis was very thorough with the inspection report and the walk through process. I am content with their management company.
With the moving process being so overwhelming, the Golden Real Estate staff was very pleasant and informative to work with. I had a great experience working with their team. Heather and Rida assisted us in every step of our lease term. If we move back into the area in the future, we definitely will rent from them again.
If you don’t keep detailed records of your move in (walk through) be prepared to be charged for anything and everything they deem damaged. Worst experience I’ve ever had renting. We had annual home inspections and at no point did we think we would be charged 5k for damages. Unreal!!
