We rented out our home for 3 years while we were temporarily relocated. The service provided was generally good the first year but decreased with subsequent tenants. We were disappointed in the turnover between tenants as well as our return. There were things that were damaged that were missed during inspections, some maintenance items were not maintained, leases with errors sent to tenants without our review, and we had to follow up on HOA related items. This is a review as a tenant: I had a great time renting with AHR PM, now part of Golden. While my initial PM Danny left a lot to be desired, once I had Julia as a PM everything went really well. She was responsive to my issues and it was easy to get repairs scheduled when they popped up. I have moved out, but I was refunded a large portion of my security deposit, and I really value a company that is respectful of the deposit and does not shadily take more than you really should owe.
