We are brand new tenants and we were unfortunately caught in three scenarios that had us feeling abandoned. Come to find out that they were perfectly honest mistakes that were out of anyone's control. However, David Kipper didn't rely on those scenarios in order to protect his liabilities. Golden Home in Austin is simply a godsend service! Living half-a-continent away from my sister who lives alone and requires assistance in her daily activities USED to cause us some anxiety.
