I've been here , multiple times for scans , ultrasounds and x rays. The staff is truly amazing. Especially the ultrasound tech. Thank you.
This place used to be great and everything ran smoothly, but lately the service has declined. One receptionist wears two masks, which makes it very difficult to hear and communicate. Another staff member tends to make small requests, like getting an X-ray, more complicated than they should be. Before, X-rays were available on a walk-in basis, but now you need an appointment and they ask too many unnecessary questions other places don’t ask , and they’re not offered every day. I just completed my appointment at Golden Radiology and wow what an amazing experience, not only was it quick but it was an extremely pleasant experience. I arrived to do an Ultrasound with my technician Shahinur and from the moment i arrived i was greeted with kind and warm energy from the staff and was guided into the room to do my Ultrasound. I called the receptionist to know if the X-ray technician is available today, and I was told that the female technician is no longer taking people in because the female receptionist told me it's a "First come, First served" thing. That is absolutely ridiculous! They're closed until 5 pm, and then I was told they don't have a "Full Time X-ray technician." My family has visited this please for more than 5 years. I do not recommend this place for any new patients! Receptionist was very rude and doesn't want to make an exception... read more
