On the day of my appointment, Golden Radiology was experiencing technical difficulties with their computer systems. Despite this, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience wasn’t impacted. They made sure my report was sent promptly to my doctor and even followed up with a phone call to keep me informed. I really appreciated their dedication and professionalism.
My wife was looking for an ultrasound clinic and I told her to use Golden Radiology. I realized I never posted a review and decided I should. This clinic is very clean, professional and efficient. I have used their services many times and strongly recommend them.
Went to this radiology clinic for my 20 week anatomy scan. The sonographer was unnecessarily rude and short with me. She did not take the time to get all the images required even though I came early, was taken in early but she cuts the appointment short and then tells me to schedule a second appointment.
