Don't work with these people . Gino is so unprofessional. They let me look at a place. I asked to apply then I had to call in everyday to get a email with the application. Only to find out they rented to someone who saw it after me. Completely unprofessional then I called in to talk to someone and Gino hung up on me. The pure disrespect is crazy. I will tell everyone I know a out this company!!!! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

We signed our lease renewal a couple months ago with no increase in rent and now midway through our lease our rent was increased unexpectedly, also after adding utilities. If we would’ve known this we wouldn’t have signed again for another year
Always responded in a timely manner for maintenance issues or any questions. Overall they were a pleasure to have as a property management company for the two years I rented a house with them!
Terrible liars unprofessional don’t rent with them they’ll just steal from you
