The food was good. The employees on the other hand rude and immature. It's extremely inappropriate overhearing how "sexy" customers are and then when your orders up the cashier/cooks say that's all you got. Ya I'll take my business some where else.
I moved here from the east coast (CT) 3 years ago and have 2 references for fried chicken I consider the "gold standard": My mom's and a friend of mine we lovingly call Mama Johnson's. A lot of love and work goes into it. We have a New Years day family tradition of black eyed peas, collards and fried chicken. Working in retail I don't necessarily have the time to put in the same work my mom did. After finding GP a few months ago, a found fried chicken as good Mom's or Mama Johnson's ... Thank you.
