Nice and clean, pool warm, activities if you want to do, everyone friendly, homes are clean powerwashed, yards mowed, everyone takes pride of their properties. Quiet here and 20 minutes from the ocean, restaurants near by. The best it is sunny and warm and no shoveling snow!
