We moved here in 1993. It was the best decision we ever made.The management keeps everything clean and bright. But the best part are the residents. Both the Yanks and Canadians working together on all sorts of fun things to do. I love my Golden Ponds home.
I have been there a few years now and love it. The people are fantastic and the grounds immaculate. Lots of activities and a heated pool.
We love it here.So many activities to keep you busy. Friendly neighbors and people that look out for everyone. ..Would not want to spend my golden years any where else. ....

We bought a place about 18 months ago and have spent our first "snow bird" winter here. We love it! People are so friendly!! There is lots to do if you are so inclined or you can just relax and watch the world go by. It is a nice clean park, we feel very safe and very happy!
