We called Peter owner of Golden Plug AC on Wednesday and he booked an appointment for installing a new in-wall AC on Saturday. The two technicians turned up right on time, removed the 10 year old 6,000 BTU AC, installed the new 12,000 BTU AC in 28 minutes! Our quality of life improved 100% by later that afternoon. I am very grateful for the wide range of professional services this company offers. I purchased a new window air conditioner from them just as the temperatures started to soar. Peter answered my many questions over the phone. Dan and Heydon arrived to install it punctually. They took the old unit away. Spoke with Peter and arranged date for ac window install. They didn’t even turn up, after I took the day off work. Aren’t picking up the phone and won’t reply to email. Joke of a company.
I had my window ac installed again this past saturday april 11.this is a great service ,great price,super convienient.the guys that showed up were easy and professional to deal with.ive met peter a couple or 3 times over the years and what a pleasure to deal with,no issues at all.i would recommend for anybody
