I chose Golden Peaks because they were supposed to be a dual recovery facility for both substance abuse and mental health. There was essential no mental health treatment, as I was told I would not be there long enough and it was unhealthy to get half way through treatment and have to leave. Additionally, when mental health issues came up in group discussions I was discouraged from talking about it as it would "trigger" other clients. Those is the best rehab I've ever been to and I've been to a lot! They were kind and overly accommodating!! The good was excellent and all my needs were met.ib week recommended this recovery center to everyone that needs help! The therapist and case managers were excellent!! Abbey and Shawn worked extra hard to make sure I got the care I needed!! Thank you for helping change my life!!

This is not “A sober living facility that wants to see you thrive in society” they treat you like an inmate. Give you a curfew as if you were 11 years old. I wanted a place to stay that was going to help me and support me through my sobriety. Instead I found this place that treated me and everyone in the program as criminals and less thans.
