The food is very flavorful. I judge Chinese restaurants by the flavor of their wonton soup, egg rolls, and fried rice. The wonton soup broth is rich, the egg roll wrappers of good texture, weight and the contents flavorful. And, the fried rice has good texture, is not over greasy, has a good mix of ingredients, and flavorful not needing soy sauce to season. The service is always excellent, you are greeted with a smile, and are remembered even if it is awhile between visits. The best Asian cuisine in the Carroll County area.
The only place I will ever get Chinese from when we are in Westminster.
