Extremely disappointed by the customer service provided by Golden Orange Realty agent (Amie Wang) for the 848 Brynlee listing (active since 3/19/24). The home was occupied by tenants that did not allow the enter the home for the scheduled tour. Amie was not present. Myself and realtor were present along with our 2 babies driving over an hour to see the property. We had cash on hand but the way she was so rude to our realtor I will never recommend your agency or agent to anyone. Good luck doing business, you’ll need it.
I had a great experience with Golden Orange Realty. Joe and Wendy were very professional and knowledgeable , provided me with inputs every step of the way from processing applications to screening tenants till my property was rented out. They performed market analysis of nearby houses and provided me data to backup their insights. Wendy was very patient and responded to all my queries promptly. We were very satisfied with the service they provided and would highly recommend Golden Orange Realty.
