came yesterday for a 6:00 appointment and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated even after booking an appointment. i don’t get why the wait time wouldn’t have been communicated to me before coming in or asking me to come in at 6:30 pm instead since it felt like a waste of time. the girl who removed my hard gel nails was over drilling my nails to the point where she would sometimes hit the edge of my nails and now they feel really brittle. disappointed since i usually do like coming to this local spot as it’s clean and reliable... read more
I recently got my nails done here and I’m really happy with the results. I asked for a soft pink chrome spring design and the technician did a beautiful job. She took her time shaping my nails and made sure the color and finish looked smooth and even. The chrome effect came out exactly how I wanted — shiny, feminine, and perfect for the season.
