Leading up to viewing one of his properties, I was receiving emails, text confirming my appointment to see the house. I've rented from Nov 2016 to present & very impressed with Golden Oak Property Mgt. that I've signed onto my 2nd years lease! Absolutely unequivocally the VERY BEST COMPANY I have ever rented from! The staff is beyond helpful for whatever questions or issues I've had and the owner takes such good care of his properties, which is rare as we all have had that landlord from he!! Top notch staff and company! Truly can't say enough as it's been a complete joy for me this past year & that's why I'm staying put!
