The customer service was excellent and prices were affordable. The staff were very knowledgeable. My sewing machine was missing several components and hadn’t been used in years. I brought it to them and they had me fixed up in no time at all! I couldn’t be more pleased.
Their rigid return policy stating "no returns" is posted in the store and they mean it. I prefer to support local business; however, in this case I wish I would have bought anywhere else. The owner of an establishment typically has full discretion on how they handle customer service, and in this case - it was all about the sale, not long term customer satisfaction. Great customer service. I am new to the area so I am not biased in any way. One of my favorite places to go
Barbara Mason of the Scott City Quilting Ladies wanted me to express her appreciation to the Golden Needle for their helpful staff when she went in to buy material for the next Wildlife Supper which we make a quilt for each year. She said she couldn't have been more pleased with their helpfulness.
