I think the management is the problem here. The first time I went I was told to sit in the first chair on the right, which was empty while another employee sat at the chair across waiting for someone to come in. I waited 10 mins for this younger lady to walk out of the back room. Why couldn't the employee sitting there do my nails?!?!? The next time I went the younger lady(the first chair on the right) was not there so I got Jasmine who I thought did a better job. This place is DIRTY; dog walking all around; dog chews/food all over the floor. Popcorn on floor from a child running all over (one employee even comented on the popcorn & then proceeded to eat her lunch at a pedicure station). Asked for a manicure; she wanted the $$ upfront. RUSHED through 4 coats polish & LEFT salon with me sitting in front of a fan. Told me she had to leave for the day. I waited 15 minutes; nailed never dried. I usually don't like to complain but I had to say something this time... I should have known this would be a horrible experience when I walked in and saw this place was not very clean... Long story short, the girl who did my pedicure has a horrible attitude and when I complained about how there was fingernail polish on my skin and not just on my toenails she told me it was not and that I should trust her... I can't believe the job she did... This is the worst pedicure and the worst service I've ever had.. PLEASE go somewhere... read more

Great pedicures. Bad manicures. I go here often i have gotten mayny of each and decided to discontinue the manicures.

Poor service! Terrible Experience! My mom and I went to the Golden Nail Salon in Robinson to get a pedicure and to relax. Well, the girl who did my pedicure had a horrible attitude from the start and did a terrible job on my feet. She rushed thru the job and would not fix the problems when I brought them to her attention. I have had many pedicures and this was the absolute worst.
