I rarely come to this location and decided to get a basic gel pedicure and manicure together for the first time (only have gotten manicures here before). The customer service was awesome. All questions needed were asked and the ladies were polite. However, my manicure lasted for one week. Also my pedicurist was harsh on my toe at one point and traumatized my toe. I now have an infection. Customer service is great. Service itself could be better.
Quiet, calm, so relaxing I could nap here during a pedicure almost. Snow does a great job.
I want to love this salon because it’s so close to my house but it’s given me problems every time I’ve gone except the first time. Warm towel wraps are gross and covered in crusty nail polish and I now have an infection in my big toe. I hope it isn’t something serious, but it is extremely painful
Always a great experience. Super friendly. I always get dip nails with great outcome.
I received exceptional service. I got Christmas themed nails done by Tutu. She did a wonderful job!
