The first time I went my nails came out rough and bumpy. The nail design I asked for was simple, yet it still was ruined. I thought it was just because I am a young woman, so I gave them another chance. I had a similar problem. The nails were uneven and bumpy and the service was just not welcoming. She gave me an attitude the whole time and was rushing me.
