Golden Mile Dental practice is run very inefficiently by both the front office staff and the cleaning staff. I was incorrectly charged for a cleaning that is 100% covered by insurance, as well as for an X-ray that was never taken. As soon as I received the statement, I contacted the office by phone and was told the issue was resolved (by Rose their front office) and that there was no outstanding balance on our account. Very friendly staff. I was in and out quickly for an exam and cleaning.
I couldn't write a review with no or negative stars....Months ago I called to inform office I moved away. Rose? Rosie? (Not sure) asked if I would be keeping appointment i had scheduled for a few months out...told her no, and that I was calling for records to be sent to new dentist. My new dentist is appalled by quality of dental work done. Then I received a bill for not showing up to that appointment.
Check your insurance. Rose and Rosie are over billing patients. They act like they know what they are doing but in reality don’t. They role eyes and judge and are condescending and talk negatively behind patients backs
