I couldn't write a review with no or negative stars....Months ago I called to inform office I moved away. Rose? Rosie? (Not sure) asked if I would be keeping appointment i had scheduled for a few months out...told her no, and that I was calling for records to be sent to new dentist. My new dentist is appalled by quality of dental work done. Then I received a bill for not showing up to that appointment.
Check your insurance. Rose and Rosie are over billing patients. They act like they know what they are doing but in reality don’t. They role eyes and judge and are condescending and talk negatively behind patients backs
Been coming here for a few years now. Friendly staff, good availability, always make you feel welcome, comfortable environment. Quick to respond. Great office.
