Golden Living of Point Loma (3223 Duke St, San Diego) is an absolute nightmare. I've seen enough to know this facility is falling apart and putting residents in real danger, all because the cheap owner refuses to spend a dime on real fixes or basic decency. The building is in horrible shape: holes in the ceilings, cracked floors everywhere, broken pipes and improper drainage causing constant leaks-water pours from bathrooms into the main hallway, and residents get blamed for it instead of anyone fixing the root issue. Pictures in the website are not reflecting the real place! This place is an absolutely terrible lost of control place barely for human! Furnitures in antique markets are even newer and better! It’s an abandoned house everything broke and disorganized! They looked like short of staff badly!
Calstro Hospice works great with Golden Living! We have excellent communication with the executive director, Rocio, and the rest of the team. Shout out to the caregivers and med techs! We look forward to this continued partnership!
