Not sure what is going on with this company...gave them nearly a month to respond to email, Instagram messages, phone calls and still no reply. I placed an online order but never received it. No explanation. They did charge my card, however.
I had a really unfortunate experience with this company. I ordered some bookends and never heard from them. After MANY attempts they finally told me that the only set they had was chipped. I offered to accept them at a discounted rate or get a refund. Crickets. No response, no refund. I would not order here. I had hoped they would be addressing this issue.
OMG this lady Holly is a nightmare. My sister hired her for her new house she was building. Paid for kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, floor and wall tiles. Shewas asked if she wanted the cabinets installed and she said no she would take care of that on her own. She placed her order in July and let Holly know she would need them by October and she was planning to have the house completed and moved in by Christmas.
