They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The equipment they have available for their orthodontic care is some of the latest available in the field. It was very impressive.... read more

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I would definitely say that this was a kid-friendly orthodontist. The decor provided a fun, comfortable atmosphere and there was magazines and entertainment. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was the waiting area spacious? Yes
