We are very pleased with the service we have received from Golden Key Properties on our home in Oceanside. We know it’s probably not the easiest property to manage due to its age. The staff has been very proactive and they take the time to call and let us know what is happening there. My wife and I have retained the services of Golden Key Properties on two occasions. Our property is an upper end beach residence with a high monthly rental. What would perhaps be considered to many management companies a difficult property to rent it has not been an issue with Golden Key. Each time they have chosen excellent tenants with a one year lease at full price! Thank you Golden Key!
Golden Key Properties has been managing my property for more than 5 years and I did not have any problems. They were able to handle HOA/tenant issues with ease and efficiency. It is a relief knowing that the property manager and the staff are very dependable and reliable. I wish all property managers are just like them.
