Golden Key Construction and Tucker built our home in 2020. If you are looking at a new home built by them, look elsewhere. The further we get into home ownership, the more issues we find. The home was sold to us with a 6 year warranty, with the majority of the coverage being available in the 1st year. Tucker did not properly fix ANY of the issues that were brought up at the 1 year walkthrough. Tucker, the manager, would always answer our questions, and always went out of his way to accommodate our requests if it was possible.
