Terrible rude customer service. A few months ago my doctor ordered oxygen equipment for me. It arrived on time. I did not need it immediately so it was placed in a closet. We opened it today for the first time amd found that the equipment was refurbished which is fine but not all components were there. My wife called to tell Tim's Healthcare to report it and she was very rudely treated by the person answering the phone. I would never use this place again
